have found that this item adjusts easily to fit virtually any toilet. The soft padded seat has been excellent for our little angel's sensitive rear end. Despite a few tantrums over the past year or two, it still works and looks like new. use it for potty training my son. I love that it sits right on top of the adult toilet and is easy to remove when guests come over. And I don't have to empty a little plastic potty every time we need to go to the bathroom! I wish it was a little more collapsible for storage, but I would recommend it to my friends. My daughter is not a fan of potty training but we are still learning. This is great because I don't have to clean the traditional potties and she can just go to the toilet comfortably on this seat.
